The meeting is based on the following networks.

The Nordforsk Network which is a Nordic-Russian research network supported by the Nordic Research Board. The network is focusing on mycotoxins and secondary metabolites in toxigenic fungi of Northern Europe, and is facilitating student and researcher exchange among participating institutes including courses and workshops.

The Danish Fusarium Network under which the University of Copenhagen, the Technical University of Denmark and the University of Aarhus are cooperating on a project re. “Fusarium disease resistance, toxins and feed quality”. The project is supported by the Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, the Danish Food Industry Agency.
