We will walk through the Sorø forrests and pass Sorø lake, Pedersborg lake and Tuel lake on the way to the gardens belonging to Sorø Akademi. On the way we will take a look at Pedersborg church, the abbey church in Sorø and some of the buildings at Sorø Akademi. Of course we will also study wild and cultivated plants on our way. The total distance will be about 15 km.

The trip is organised in collaboration with the Danish Hiking Association (Dansk Vandrelaug).

Where to meet: 8.30 am at Copenhagen H at the ticket sale (Departure 8.45). You can join the group 9.15 at Sorø Station. A group ticket (return) costs about 130 Kr. pr. person. The fee for participation is 30 Kr. (15 Kr. for members of Dansk Vandrelaug).

How to get back: Departure from Sorø Station towards Copenhagen 5.03 pm.

What to bring: Food and drink, hiking shoes or boots and waterproof clothing.
